Payment must be received upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made, and we may retain possession of your vehicle until payment has been received. We offer limited warranty for parts and labor but cannot accept responsibility for damage arising from normal wear-and-tear, accidents, misuse post service. Customers are responsible for taking measures to secure any belongings left in their vehicles; we do not assume liability if items go missing or become damaged during our repairs services. Estimates may be revised accordingly with customer consent should additional repairs become necessary. Rapid City Body Shop may use third-party suppliers; however, we are not responsible for their warranties. Any disagreements must be settled through negotiation, mediation or binding arbitration per local laws.
